Bernard started his career in FMCG sales promotion in advertising agencies for various Belgian and multinational companies. He then moved towards the graphic arts and packaging-world where he was in charge of commercial management for 18 years at European level within multinationals. Bernard is currently consultant in the same business areas and in specific deployments of Internet solutions for marketing, procurement and communications applications.

Henk studied Criminology at Institute for Criminology & Criminalistic investigation - Brussels University VUB and obtained a certificate of prevention advisor (University of Leuven). He worked for 3 years as a police commissioner in Bruges and joined the Belgian Intelligence Service in 1973. He left the service in 1985 and created a security consulting company together with two former colleagues. In 1994 he created his own company which offers security prevention training and consulting for International companies. In 2002 Henk joined Eurowatch and coordinates the marketing and promotion for them. Henk is also a member of ASIS (American Society of Industrial Security) and he teaches several courses at the Universities of Brussels, Ghent and Leuven as a guest speaker.

Ivan is co-founder and CEO of I6NET Solutions and Technologies, a European company dedicated to the research and development of telecommunication and video & voice interactivity. He is a graduate in Computer Sciences from University Claude Bernard - Lyon, France. Prior to establishing I6NET, Ivan worked as IT consultant and Project Director for information technology consulting firms for almost nine years. In 2005, he started managing I6NET operations together with his team, implementing and deploying their first VoiceXML browser and mediaserver. Today I6NET provides VoiceXML interpreters as IVR and IVR add-on technology mainly for OpenSER and Asterisk platforms. These innovative components allow web-enabled programming for easy deployment of value added video 3G/IP convergent services.
Jean-François Delaigle

Jean-François is Managing Director of ACIC, of which he is a co-founder. He received Electrical Enginnering and PhD degrees from the Université Catholique de Louvain (Belgium) in 1995 and 2000 respectively. In 2001 he launched the Image processing Department in Multitel research center with European funds, from which ACIC video analytics technologies were developed. ACIC was created in 2003 and in 2008 Jean-François took the head of the company assuring its development. Jean-François works also as a consultant for the European Commission.
